An unidentified foreign man, believed to be in his 30’s and possibly a Russian national, was found dead on a beach at Koh Larn this afternoon.

The Pattaya City Police were notified of the body at Tien Beach earlier today when a local resident came upon the deceased man. Police and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the body of a foreign caucasian man with a shaved head on the beach. The man was wearing double T-shirts, one of which had a large symbol of the Russian Navy on it which led Pattaya Police to suspect the foreigner was possibly a Russian national. The man was naked from the waist down.

Wounds were found near his right eye and eyebrow along with dried blood. A few feet away from the deceased man were three pairs of men’s underwear and a single shoe. No wallet or identification was found. The wounds were described as “of interest” by police but officers were unable to immediately determine the cause of death and if any foul play was involved, although said they would conclude their investigation soon.

OH, come on now. It's not like a Pimp killed one of his High Class Hookers and frightened 3 other workers in to covering it up. If that happened, that is.

three pairs of mens underwear, right? And naked from the waist down. Looks like some people had a party.

Not wearing pants?

'Wounds of interest' - RTP have funny hobbies.  I thought all farang deaths in Chonburi were suicide?

I can hear the Village people song.

Naked from the waist down 3 pairs of underpants, I know what area should be examined first! If they look deep enough they might just find the Burmese guy responsible!

I've read in another report that he was wearing two t-shirts.

Two t-shirts, three pairs of underpants, the plot thickens.
