BANGKOK (TNA) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is happy with over 50 billion baht being circulated in the national economy thanks to arrivals through the Phuket Sandbox entry scheme, according to the government spokesman.

 

Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, the spokesman, said the prime minister was following up the outcomes of the Sandbox entry scheme and other tourism promotion initiatives including especially medical tourism and medical hub campaigns.

 

Achievements from such projects showed positive signs for the tourism sector and were stimulating national economy, he said.
