Military surplus Sattahip

Featured Replies

Heard there is a huge military surplus supply depot in Sattahip. If so, can someone post the map. Thanks.

There is military shop opposite "Marines Golf Course", check google maps, you'll need to show driving licence or passport on way in. I've not seen a depot

Assuming you want the Military Surplus shop and not the Military Depot.

It is at "Coffee War" on 331 on the right close to the Highway 7 junction. Cannot miss it as it has a Airbus A330 and several other aircraft you can walk around.

The same company also has a shop, on the left, going south on Sukhumvit almost opposite Ocean marina.

Oh goodie ... I've always wanted an APC to do the weekly shop in ????

Rather further afield there's the USA Military Scrapyard on the Mittraphap road just before Muak Lek. An astonishing place. All manner of vehicles, helicopters and everything in-between.
Probably further than you want to travel but if you do find yourself heading towards Isaan worth the visit.

The shop that sells military stuff is called "War Camping 331",  you can check the photos on their Facebook page to see if it's worth the trip.

Coffee War on Sukhumwit closed months ago, mostly demolished. Don't know, but maybe they moved elsewhere?

Doesn't the Thai military sell all their surplus to the Thai mafia?  ????

Yes, every person from mototaxis to noodle carts to patanko carts is mafia connected.
