But his advice was not to use weed products - marijuana or hemp - and drive.

In a sense it is a moot point because the ingestion of more than tiny amounts of THC - the drug that makes users high - remains illegal no matter what.

This seems incorrect as this weekends 'clarity' of the draft laws are the 0.2 THC restriction is for extractions only..

Consumption of home grown bud will be fully legal, jury still out on what laws will govern sales.

How are they going to detect how much you have been smoking? Breathalyzer wont!

Saliva tests is what modern countries use.. Dutch do a saliva test which is positive is then followed up with blood testing.

I have british construction workers in Holland, every couple of months one of them gets busted for DUI and has fines and Dutch driving ban.

I'm getting the impression they really haven't thought this through properly.

I'm sure the finances are sorted... just the lower end to be dealt with later.

Stoned driving is worse than drunk driving. I can find my way home when drunk, but haven't a clue where I am when driving stoned.

I wouldn't try the 2 together. ????????

so you've never had a lit roach drop into your shoe?

On my shirt, lap, or between my legs, yes. But never in my shoes as they are occupied by my feet.

We already know rules are just made up as they go, and vary from officer to officer.
