When or if I am wrong I am ready to admit to that .

In this case I am not wrong .

Law is how it is used rather than how it is written .

Found dead clutching human hair. Looks like a fight took place before she allegedly fell off the balcony, Me thinks homicide involving drugs. Looking at her rough face complexion, it looks like she is no stranger to drugs. Suspects not co-operative. No real suprise, since when have drug addicts been co-operative.

Case solved.
Thanks Sherlock

That is not correct either.

US influences many laws in Thailand. Where does the basis of US law stem from?

I foresee another 8 year prison sentence for murder, on the horizon - maybe less, as it wasn't a Thai lass

I'll go with theory 3 homicide this time, clutching hair in her hand, unless it's her hair then suicide will be the verdict
