Cannot log in to my Lazada app using the same email and password I have been using online for years. Are Lazada deliberately trying to upset people?

Are you sure it’s not your wallet telling you to stop spending? 55555 ????

If, like me using True Move (on a LapTop), then we are in the same boat, as True keeps changing your IP address and "Lazy-ada" tells me on my mobile phone:- [Alert someone to sign in to your account on a new device.]

 

Should I therefore us a Thai VPN? Is that stable enough?

 

Also I do not get any more SMS's, but they state than they WILL send it.

 

Go figure it out, as I can't.

I cannot get into my Lazy-rat wallet, since I'm not Thai, but have 1,700/- baht in there due to a re-fund for a product the I returned.

I withdrew over bht 1000 from my wallet to my bkk bank via the app, no problem. took 2 days.

Why use a VNP for Lazada? Though I use a VPN occasionally I usually disable it for Lazada.

Sometimes I can wait ages for SMS or Email to arrive in order to log in on my PC. but you can only access Wallet via the phone app. Yes I know.........stupid.

I am getting the same thing, when I try to log in it doesnt let me but it puts my cart up & lets me into it so I can see whats in there then I  can  log in from there when I bring up anything in there, been happening since the weekend, Friday I did go in and logged in and had no problems so its only been happening for a few days, thai web site builders are pretty bad

I had something similar on the web app a couple of  months ago.  I got round it by opening the Login button in another tab. Problem disappeared after a few weeks.

I think Lazada have changed their software support and there is some program changes being implemented, and not for the better. The translation on the English text has certainly gone downhill.

@Kan Win In general, and I don’t know the exact process, if you can login to your account you can see the wallet balance under the account tab, as you can see we have a zero balance.

failing that you should try the chat line or the Lazada phone number In Bangkok for help, though it isn’t so easily found.

This might help you or someone. I could NOT log in from my PC as it kept saying my account was CLOSED! I was having a fit and can't call help at night. So, went to the app on my android phone and it instead said the account was FROZEN! To unfreeze it, I had to use the fingerprint sensor. That did it. Now it's not closed on the PC. Other than that, I do get kind of tired of these traffic light and crosswalk puzzles to log in, but this is the first time the CLOSED message appeared and Google was no help.

If it is some consolation, apart from what you have just mentioned of which I have had to put up with. many times, Lazada have upset me a few times over the years with a lot of their garbage, cheating sellers and lying staff on the chatline.

Just tried to login today... and it said my account has been closed.

 

Called their line and they told me that I had a lot of reasons for closure, that I cancelled orders, demanded refunds, etc. I've done that a total of 0 times. No, wait - I did it 1 time like 5+ years ago, after seller sent me a fake Jabra headset claiming it was genuine - and charged me for genuine one. That one I have photographed and sent back, where they have accepted that it was fake - since there was comparison between genuine and seller's one, differences were undeniable - as was Jabra's letter that serial number on what was sold to me was never produced by the company.

 

So I wonder if anyone else had a problem with this lately? The reason given was obviously completely false. Maybe Lazada just doesn't want me as a customer? I'd be fine with that, as there's still Shopee, Amazon and Buyee there, or perhaps I should just drop online shopping and save myself 20, maybe 30k Baht per month?

 

Actually haven't been to Mall and Central in a while. Maybe I can live without Lazada.
