Anyone having issues with 3BB and International connections?

Can you explain this in layman terms, this problem as been going on for more than two weeks now roughly at the same time every evening and it's not just 3BB that is affected it's all ISP's.

I did not check with other ISPs but AIS has huge connectivity problems between Bangkok and Singapore, which results in high pings and low speed.

My problem has been solved, we got a phone call just now (finally after a couple of days complaining)  that there was problem approx 3km away from us and they fixed it, also apparently it affected a lot of House Holds.

 

We had a 3BB techie come to our house yesterday and said that everything was fine
