Been a while since you played the 'Balotelli card'.

In case you've forgotten, the 'Withdrawal Agreement' was agreed and signed off by your hero, Johnson, a Brexiter.

Well yes otherwise the UK would be still trotting along and around wheat fields. ????

Hmmmm... You want me to read through 50 pages in this thread to find a graph you say you posted.....? No thanks.

As i guessed you could not be bothered to show me a link to support your claim.

Here is a link to support mine. Does  it take a moment...unlike reading through hundreds of posts.

Just keep going around and around in circles :

The UK isn't doing worse than every other Country in Europe.

Well, it depends how one looks at it, as it may vary over time. It's still worse than Eurozone and several countries for catching-up after the Codid crisis.

Wow.  I see how it's all become like a religion to you.  I think even if there were 100 percent unequivocally accurate facts to say leaving the EU was the main reason the UK is struggling more than other countries, you could not accept it.  ????

Well who could forget that? The WA was just a slightly revised mess that was conceived by May and the EU. To restart the whole process would have taken another age.

Of course I wouldn't accept that because it wouldn't be true .

The UK ISNT struggling more than other Countries and the main two reasons for the current woes are Covid and Ukraine

If I keep posting the same graph over and over again, I will get in trouble or spamming . If you cannot be bothered to look through the thread, why should I be bothered to repost it again ?

Another poster has kindly posted the graph again above .

Nearly 1500 posts in this thread and there's still some confusion about the differences between the E.U and G7 and some posters dont realise that the statement *The U.K is doing worse than all the other E.U Countries because the U.K is at the bottom of a G7 list*  makes no sense at all

It seems you (don't want to) understand.

"Compared to the pre-pandemic level, UK GDP in Q3 2022 was 0.4% lower."

It is not comparing the growth rate of Q3 2022 with the growth rate in Q4 2019, it is comparing the LEVEL (value) of GDP.

It means the UK has still not caught up to the LEVEL of GDP it had at the end of 1999. In other words, the UK is 0.4% poorer (measured by GDP) than it was at the end of 1999, while the Eurozone or other countries listed have a higher GDP level than at the end of 1999.
