KPlus is now almost useless to me after 4 years without issues they impose this on me
Sitting together with an aquaintance who last week went in to update all the needed info at the Kbank branch, as per the pop-up he was receiving in his app, asking him to go and do so. Simcard in his name (with last passport number on the Dtac system), passport, and at the Kasikorn bank they did the full update, scanned face with their tablet etc. Day after he noticed all his limits were severely reduced, before the update he had 250,000 Baht total daily limit, 50,000 Baht daily atm cash withdrawal and a max of 50,000 Baht per time transfer. It was because the 50K Baht per transfer limit that he went in thinking that after the face scan update he could bring that limit higher (up to the 250K Baht total daily limit), als his rent is 63K Baht and he had to split it everytime in a 50K and a 13 K transfer. Immediately after they did all those updates his cash withdrawal is now limited to 20K Baht, his total transactions through K plus is limited to 50K Baht daily, so now he has to split his 63K rental over two days, instead of just two transfers right after each other. Also his ATM spending limit (paying at a terminal in a shop) is now limited to 20K Baht (found out after wanting to pay his new laptop). Basically limiting his account to being pretty darned useless... He kindly allowed me to take some pictures of what actually pops up in his K plus app (can't make screenshots), the accountnr. is sufficiently annomized anyway. Below the system saying that indeed the face scan thingy is verified with the bank: Below where he wants to change the 50,000 daily limit to 100,000, it will then in red say the max is 50,000 Baht. Following the advice and doing the search on their website only explains that you should be able to bring it up to 5 million in the exact same way he is trying to do per the below screenshot! When he wants to change the spending limit of the ATM higher, it says he should be able to increase to a max of 500,000 Baht. However, with any value over 20,000 he gets below error pop-up. So he went last friday to the bank (where I was trying to open an account, without success) where they assisted him with calling to the K-Contact center, where they informed him that those are the new rules for accounts held by foreigners. They are not yet applied to all accounts, but when you go into the bank to update whatever information (do the face scan, update sim card ownership, ...) the system will automatically apply the new, unchangeable limits. Apparently this automatic changing of limits was started only very recently (as in only a few days/weeks). So what the OP writes is totally correct, all the other posters stating that they can change limits might be correct for the timebeing, but in the near future all foreign held accounts will be getting the reduced limits applied as well. Utterly ridiculeous, along with the fact that apparently they now only allow new (close to useless) accounts to be opened when holding at least a Non imigrant B visa along with workpermit. Non-O, with all upporting documents such as certiicate of residence from immigration is just flat out refused (not just KAsikorn, every bank). According to staff this a government order, which came together with the very same max. limits, and not just bank policy... -

USA IPTV
I need more than just football. Even though Sky broadcasts some game, it is a selected few. I want IPTV with all US premium channels as well as ESPN, Golf and NFL and SKY as well. I would have to spend days going through all of the entries of the video piracy guide 🙂
