Sanook reported that complaints were received after the man - a 74 year old Finnish national - was causing a frequent nuisance. When the immigration police arrived at a rented property he was waving a stick about menacingly. The media said he was a danger to society who was noisy and argumentative. Picture: San ook He'd arrived in Nong Khai on January 5th 2014 and was given permission to stay for a year until January 5th 2015.
