internationalism Posted December 26, 2022 Posted December 26, 2022 he meant to watch palace statements on princess health. That pattayanews make clear: "His position is presumably out of respect for HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha who remains unconscious at a hospital." "Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha said on Monday the government doesn't have a specific position on whether to hold or cancel New Year party and both government agencies and private companies can decide by themselves. The remark came after the Education Ministry, the Office of the Court of Justice and a few agencies cancelled the party out of respect for HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha who remain unconscious at hospital." https://www.facebook.com/KhaosodEnglish/posts/pfbid02ikb27EKJMwfAxg215UTA9oy796uNhbYQZFdUHCU3zg2cho7664fbWXTiaDnh7Mbsl

Why on Earth is that, he has all reasons to celebrate being the first CEO of the country outstaying his welcome - with governmental endorsement that is! 2 1

Tarteso Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 he himself will not celebrate it Poor guy, what a pity of man..like many poor farmers, workers and lonely people without incomes….with nothing to celebrate. ???? 1

MrMojoRisin Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 This sort of nonsense has caused Thailand to lose two decades of development. Change is coming. That NYE celebrations have not been cancelled proves that change has already irreversibly begun. Bring on the election. 1
internationalism Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 surely this warning of being "careful" and his declaration he won't celebrate, would dampen all NY parties. So even if those celebrations are still going on, they would be scaled down in different ways, shortened. The last night the mayor of Pattaya reinstated NY countdown, but not some activities on the previous nights, which were planned. Punters would be afraid of such u-turns at any time, even with a very short notice. Indeed, it can happen, that Prayuth or some minister will state more openly not to participate in public celebrations. Even online rumours on social media can have effect. Situation is very delicate for all organisers, even more so for the government employees. That's why people will try to organise their private parties, so they can carry on music and dance through night. Many crave for it after the last 2 NY celebrations cancelled by covid

Popular Post spidermike007 Posted December 27, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 27, 2022 1. Nobody cares what you think and say anymore. 2. You have no perception whatsoever, of how spectacularly irrelevant you have become, and how few listen to what you say. 3. We will do as we please. Celebrate or not. We don't care if you don't. 4. Stop warning us. We are tired of your nonsense and fear mongering. You don't matter. 1 3 1

I bet his offshore account has multiplied drastically since 2014.
