Sander and a repaint. Good as new.

A little furniture polish and some elbow grease, bingo, good as new.

58? he looks a lot older.

Looks like he's lost a lot of weight. A lot of excess skin hanging everywhere.

Anyhow, sorry to see his place go up in smoke.

Cancer or drugs.  Which one would you bet on?

People that make mean age related comments about appearances and such are often not too bright.  That shows an emotional maturity level of an adolescent.

Full blown AIDS

Those days have passed.  You can live to old age now with HIV, with medication.

Wow, tough crowd.

Poor guy loses his home and many on here just make fun of his appearance.

Heartless!

Lotta guys here are doing it tough.

Few are in 20 squid homes with grand pianos, some of us probably PAINTED those mansions back home.

Given the working class are being screwed again since the 1990s after our dads won the postwar rights that gave them the better lives they deserved, and now we've lost it all again, there a bit of shade coming any wealthy business owners way.

It it was a circuit overload with insufficient, none, or faulty circuit breaker then its an advertisement to NOT buy pre-built homes here but build your own

Having a non-Thai build manager who knows whats what with electric fit-outs of homes ala European/ Aussie standards oversee all installation.

My home was wiring designed and fitted to Aussie standards, and it was really strictly adhered to and signed off on by an onsite British engineer.

Thai's appear to have poor understanding of safe and decent regulation electrical fit-outs.

It probably wasn't faulty wiring or breakers. This isn't the 70's. The components all come from the same places
