The people should be able to have fun as long as they don't annoy people who don't want to participate. And here the problem starts. And obviously it is very funny for the water fighters to annoy exactly such people. And this has to be stopped. Folks could party all along Silom road, at Lumpini Park, and around Central world, but it always turned into a big CF.
