Unlucky for them, but try your luck at all means.

Im driving a lot on Phuket and always make way for minivans and green plate taxis. Maniacs on the road.

We had a couple of guest arrive yesterday, they got a taxi from the airport to Rawai and this was 8-30 am they told me he was crazy, Welcome to Phuket!

Makes a change from the usual minivan crashes. Now we have them crashing into each other.

As an aside, why do they call them minibuses? Nothing mini about them. Quite the opposite, in fact. Note to media outlets: they are passenger vans.

If it needed more indication about Phuket tourism on the rise, it's these daily accident reports. Let's hope there won't be multiple deaths anytime soon.

I hope they've got plenty of cash with them and a huge amount of insurance if they want any treatment because I doubt the drivers arrangements will cover much at all.

Yes indeed - looking at the Phuket News section today is like going back to pre-Covid days.
