    I would not say a week later. A week longer is more correct. Expect (increased) madness from 11th to the 19th.

I recall going into Pattaya one morning on the 20th, it was like a deserted wild west town, I would have expected tumbleweeds. I believe there is still some water throwing in Bang Saray 20th.
