Popular Post doomslayerxyz
I'm not a frequent poster in these forums, but I've needed Visa advice and info here 4-5 times in my life - really important and stressful times when it meant being able to stay together with my wife or not, Ubon Joe was always helpful, quick to reply, accurate and selfless. Helped so many selflessly - he could have charged good money for his knowledge if he wanted to. A good man. I hope he knew how many people's lives he touched, May you have an easy road ahead...Joe Reedy 4 2

Popular Post Fairynuff
Of course like most of us on this forum I never met him in the real world, but I dare say there are few of us who had not sought or followed his advice at some time. Without question he smoothed the way for many of us. Personally I had more than a few private chats with him and and from that it was clear what thoroughly decent man he was. I’m truly saddened by this news and wish all his family the very best. RIP Joe.????

Popular Post jerrymahoney
I only recently moved to Ubon and had never met Ubon Joe. But I was close enough by that I went there early. Mostly chatted with the American Legion group, several of whom I had met before at US Embassy outreach. So informally paid my respects as several family members gave a wai back. I just wanted to show up. 4 2

freedomnow
Funny when someone would chime in to a thread and say his advice was wrong, then give their wrong advice and he'd have to take their advice to pieces and re-assert what he said - and why it was right.
