Exactly, there'd be no complaints if it was 100% democrats in the jury, but one republican.......oh no! That's not fair!

Should be 50/50 really.

So you think they ring around before any case has even been heard. That is absurd.

Yes. They know the likely jurisdictions if there is a felony conviction.

Go on believing he declassified them.......you can say one thing but until it has been through many levels of review with the National Archives being the last one to certify it then they are not declassified.

Thanks
It seems to me the Potus office declassified the docs. Now comes the courts.

DCPD-202100044 - Memorandum on Declassification of Certain Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Crossfire Hurricane Investigation.

https://www.govinfo.gov/app/details/DCPD-202100044

“But the extent of a president’s legal authority to unilaterally declassify materials — without those formalities — has yet to be challenged in court”.

Maga is a CULT.

How is it a cult?

Amazing, so being patriotic is a cult? Better tell that to most countries. ????

Silly post.

I prefer a normal jury that takes the jury instructions seriously and reaches a verdict based on the evidence provided.

It was less silly than yours!   You'd prefer a jury with no (to use your inappropriately denigrating tone) "Maga" contingent?

Multiple coming soon.

He has been indicted in the hush money case, felony charges.

The discussion and my comment is about the "classified" documents, not the "Daniels" case.   What could you know about "multiple incoming"?

Indictment of Donald Trump

Indictment of Donald TrumpThe People of the State of New York v. Donald J. Trump is a pending criminal case against Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States. On March 30, 2023, Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury for his alleged role in a scandal relating to hush money payments made to the pornographic film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 U.S. presidential election, making him the first U.S. president to be indicted.[5][6][7] Trump faces 34 felony charges of falsifying business records in the first degree.

Yes, very good but the OP, the thread and my comments are about the "classified" documents not the porn actress case.

A felony conviction?  There hasn't even been an indictment!

Geez man, you seriously didn't know?

Geez, man, can't you read the OP title, that's what I, an everyone else, is commenting on.

Well OK but I have been responding to concerns about how the Secret Service would be involved following any felony convictions incurring prison time state or federal:

Tons of advance planning would go into Trump's security before he entered any sort of prison, according to law enforcement experts. Keeping an ex-president safe while in jail would be a major concern, and it's not something that security officials have had to plan for before.
