Replacing PC

This afternoon most of the ordered stuff got delivered,

 

Though this morning I decided to take my faulty PC apart and clean it up.

 

There was a lot of dust on the MB under the CPU cooler, and I also replaced the thermal glue under the VGA card's heat sink.

 

Cleaned RAM and VGA card contacts.

 

Now PC works normal. Before the screen would become static after a few minutes, and PC would constantly restart.

 

Guess could have saved some money if I had done this earlier

Yes dirty = running to hot = automatically restarts to protect it's self 

 

Did you also clean the PSU, ?

 

Good idea to have a App running  lots of them about FREE and paid versions....   PC Temperature Monitor App
