Try this service, Motion-TV it's very good, all USA/UK/CAN/AU content, incl sports, PPV, movies, TV programs, VOD/Catch-up all very reliable and buffer free. It DOES not offer Scandinavian content unfortunately. I pay about USD10/month for 2 connections which I share with my son in Florida. I use it without a VPN.

They offer a free trial to test the service.

      I have a Fire TV stick with a package I got in UK, £35 a year for EVERYTHING. But, Fire TV is Android based so the apk will also install on my phone, and Bluestacks if I want it on my PC..
