Just have it checked out mate. If you believe you’re drinking more than you should there’s got to be a reason. We’re not medical experts just talking stuff.

Thais say, everybody should drink 8 glasses of water per day.

We are talking about 40/50/60kg people,  living in Thailand. 

 

What does this mean for a 120kg American in Thailand?

 

BTW Thais do not drink enough,  that's why they have a lot of kidney stones,.

I drink at least 3 litres of water in the daytime, including cuppas, and a couple of big Singhas in the evening, which is 95% water.

I'm not a doctor. 

As people age, their ability to conserve water and sense thirst may diminish, making them more susceptible to dehydration. Additionally, older adults may have certain medical conditions or take medications that can further increase the risk of dehydration.
