The old saying "your only as old as the woman your sleeping with worked well for me until we got the baby her own bed. Then to my dismay I started waking up with a 40 something.

It got worse year after year. Then the strife got twin beds.

Past few years its gotten harder and harder to find the youngest looking angle in the mirror so I've gone to a beard and no photos are allowed.

181cm...72.5kg, same as college years. Good skin. Healthy diet and lots of outdoor activity. 63 but most folks (NOT just the bar girls🤣) guess 'tween 40-50. Happy with that. 🍻

A few years back I went to the barber

He asked what do you want I said thin the top out

He said I don't get many requests for that 🤔

I still have plenty of hair okay now going a bit grey

To your question don't look as old as I should 🥳

This thread is delusional.  98% farangs I see are far from images of fitness.  Pictures of the hansum posters?  Many studies out there confirming most sense they are much  more attractive than reality.  As for me, I'm the true exception and my older wife looks younger than me with a rockin body. Life doesn't suck 🙂

What about you , do you look older or younger

The girls say that I apparently don't get older and looks the same, as 15 years ago – it's important what the girls think, even when they are getting too old – so in principle, if the girls are trustworthy, the me shall look about 15 years younger than my age...:whistling:

It's the present me in my profile image – how old do I look...😎

What age I feels like, is another story...😀

ExcellentMe too...And for my age probably even 0.1%. I'd even wager a tidy sum on it. 👍

You can ask the fattest, most bizarre-bodied person you know...

'if they think they are healthy'...

And the answer will always be..."YES"...!

There is a guy at my 'health club' (555, great name) who is 79, has a huge belly, and looks like a 'dried-out-toad'. And he is always telling me how the 'girls' can't believe his age...as they say he looks...'so much younger'.

We all just 'eat it up'...don't we...?!

My ex-wife back in the states (a 'Dixie Peach' from Alabama) never told me that...!

Living in the tropics certainly ages a person quicker. All that extra sun, insect bites, humidity and associated fungi/bacteria etc. etc. take their toll.

Very true!

I see it in my guitar finishes, and my amplifiers.

(and my wife...555)

(If she by chance reads this, I will be

dead by the morning.)

Another delusional thread

Another delusional response.

Sorry, but never understood why people post some absurd comment towards a topic posted that is quite entertaining to read and react.

At least the OP has things to say. What do you have to say ?

genetics + diet - I think both are factors

plus if you worked yourself to death, that might age you faster

Alcohol and smoking too. Since I drink alcohol, always have since of legal age, same with cigarettes I probably look older now than my actual age of 71.

They say I look 10-15 years younger, I say they need eye glasses. Friendly to everyone and strangers. Exercise regularly stay socially and physically active and eat well every meal. Positive thoughts and outlook and not getting wound up over petty things like traffic, others perspectives and issues that I can’t control.

Thanks, but you have serious vision issues. Perhaps coke bottle eyewear will help 😀

Seems to me genetis does contribute.

My mum died when she was 99, still quite active / agile and still writing well accepted content for an education website.

My dad died at 70 from a massive stroke, looked about 50. Previous health checks never indicated any danger of stroke. (Prior to the stroke dad had no real health problems and his parents had very few health problems, no history of stroke).

I look about 10 years younger than my age <so folks tell me> and I regularly get check ups always telling the doctor about my dad dying from a sudden unexpected massive stroke. Check up Dr's always say no sign of stroke.

We wait and see. If I die of stroke I'll send a note to AN.

How we all would just love finding the secret fountain of immortality in some cave !!

Maybe one day Elon Musk orJ. Bezos could help that out for us..!!!
