It is not uncommon for countries to articulate such sentiments in response to perceived threats to national identity. Nothing wrong with this sentiment; Israel can be honest and say Israel is for Israelis. The problem is when they steal their neighbours land and the Apartheid they have. There is discrimination and Nationalism in Thailand but we don't have Apartheid and we allow foreigners to become Thai rather easily, unlike Israel(unless Jewish). Naturalized Thais have pretty much the same rights as native ones.

Criticizing specific policies, actions, or aspects of a country, including Israel, is a legitimate expression of political opinion and is not inherently hateful.

What's hate speech is accusing Israel of having a policy of murdering civilians.

Israel is in Gaza to go after Hamas.

Hamas uses human shields. They've admitted as much.
