Mutt Daeng
I've just watched Outer Range seasons 1 & 2 and enjoyed them. It was recommended by a few members earlier in this thread. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11685912/ Edited June 18 by Mutt Daeng 1
Popular Post giddyup
Love/Hate. Brilliant, gripping Irish gangster series from 2010. The accents can be a bit challenging, but I'm hooked. Five seasons available on PB. 1 1 1
The Fugitive
Being from U.K. I'd never seen the U.S. TV soap 'Dark Shadows' made between 1966 and 1971. Now watching on tubitv. Scottish/English Canadian born actor Jonathan Frid is superb as the troubled, eloquent and kindly English vampire 'Barnabas Collins'. Apart from Jonathan the acting is variable and dialogue predictable and tedious. It's actually more interesting watching for the mistakes and listening for background noises that shouldn't be there!

The traffic cops who stopped him on the moto and later considered he bore a resemblance to the suspect don't appear to have done anything wrong. The chief problem was the victim positively identifying him. Agree that the cops probably offered some sort of deal to the two dodgy 'eyewitnesses' for them to claim they saw Andy following the victim. They also probably deliberately destroyed the victims clothing in 2016 to prevent further DNA examinations. Why he wasn't freed in 2007 when another man's DNA was found on the victims clothing was obviously wrong in hindsight but didn't prove beyond reasonable doubt at the time that he couldn't have done it. Why permission to appeal following his jailing took so long to be considered is totally against the principles of justice.

I doubt much has changed.

jaywalker2
I took a look at Trigger Warning but couldn't finish it. I'm a fan of Jessica Alba but I don't get this new trend of middle-aged actresses pretending to be action stars. The movie was just boring.
Popular Post GanDoonToonPet
I've just finished binge-watching Fallout. Wasn't expecting much but couldn't 'put it down'. It was well written, well acted with a logically connected storyline and had relatable characters. Those at Disney, especially Harvey Weinstein's 'Eichmann' (she was only following orders), should be forced to watch this in order to learn how to produce a quality TV show. jaywalker2 Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM Acolyte is now the lowest rated Star Wars show of all time. Watched half last night, will watch the rest tonight. I could appreciate it for the stunts and the visual effects, storyline was almost irrelevant. I'm not a fan of Marvel or superhero movies generally (other that The Boys), but I found this strangely entertaining.
Yellowtail Posted yesterday at 11:10 AM Share Posted yesterday at 11:10 AM Saw "The Exorcism" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11240348/ Horror/Fantasy with Russell Crowe, who I generally like. I thought it was pretty good for what it was, if a bit silly at times. Could have been longer and explained more. 5/
Yellowtail Posted yesterday at 11:16 AM Share Posted yesterday at 11:16 AM Saw "Hellhound" Hellhound (2024) - IMDb action/crime/thriller. I think this is a Thai movie made for export. It was mostly in English, but takes place mostly in Thailand which made it kind of fun. That said, the acting was mostly terrible and the story lame. 4/
