There have been some anecdotal reports from people buying on Lazada (unspecified which seller) that product seemed fake. So please update if it works for you and, if so, specify the seller. (Lazada is just a platform not a merchant, so quite possible to get different quality products using it depending on the store/seller). 

I haven't tried it yet but will report back later after I use it for several days. I also bought Magnesium Glycinate, as some say that is also a good sleep aid.  Haven't tried either yet.  I was concerned about 'copies' so I gave ChatGPT all the bottle info and it confirmed that these were all Puritan Pride code numbers although it someone was making a copy I would imagine they would also copy the correct code numbers. The bottle and label appeared perfect BUT when I opened it the inner seal came off as if it was not glued on.  Being so hot here I have found that many tapes and glues don't adhere well, so I don't know what to think. Some people 'joke' that nothing in Thailand is real unless its's a copy.

I have received counterfeit puritan pride melatonin from lazada.

I herb is the only viable source right now, the lazada sellers are far too hit and miss.

Ok....ChatGPT was able to positively confirm that both the bar code and other bottle info was Puritan used numbers BUT they could have been copied too.  Unfortunately, I don't believe that there is any way to 100% confirm genuine products, especially here, in the land of excellent copies. Did you feel that your Lazada product was a copy based on your personal experience?  The way it made you feel? Thanks

The bottle was a darker blue, the label wasn't printed at the same resolution, and the pills were the wrong shape. As someone who used the product before, I noticed the difference right away, I might not have otherwise.

Do not buy any supplement from Lazada or shoppee. They are scamming people with fake bottles and fake pills inside. I have the original and I compared the bottle was different size and the pills are different also in color and size and the weight of the entire bottle was also wrong. I disputed and Lazada asked the seller to provide certificate of authenticity, they couldn't. 

 

Check the reviews, it's all fake like: good.......

It's exactly my experience. Only iherb is 100 legit so I won't buy supplements from these platforms here.

There is no point to using another platform when iHerb sources directly from the manufacturer and is actually cheaper if your purchase is enough to qualify for free shipping. i think its 1500 baht

Yes. I wanted to do that due to no melatonin ordering from iherb and saw the prices are much lower on lazada like they say but 3 for the price of 1 but even fake they only ship one bottle not 3, complete scam.

I tried both for the first time ever. I took 1.6mg of melatonin and 1 Magnesium Glycinate.  I also had 1 beer, and I got to sleep quickly and didn't get up to pee often.  I have never tried either before to I don't have any experiences to compare with. It seemed to work well. I will try it again tonight. As far as the Lazada counterfeits, even if the bottle was phony that doesn't also mean the stuff inside was bad.  They might copy the name brand bottle to get more sales. Who knows?  The placebo effects can be strong too. Best to buy where you're comfortable that you're getting the real thing.

When you say 1 Magnesium Glycinate, do you mean 1 capsule / tablet? How many mg is it? You can take 300 - 400 mg of Magnesium Glycinate before bed to help sleep, if required. If less works well for you, then all good!

Just taking 1 cap of Magnesium Citrate (133 mg) after dinner, gives me a sound sleep.  Don't even wake to P any more.  Sleep time is around midnight, wake anytime between 0600-0800 hrs.

Good that Magnesium Citrate works well for you, and at such a low dose! It's a good form of Magnesium, particularly for constipation.
