I been using a product for a few years now called Shom Poo Shern....excellent and always bought online Lazada 350 baht pk 10. They claimed it was herbal but who would know. Looks like recently online sales of meds and even some vitamins have been banned so impossible to buy my old product at a reasonable price. I've tried Kamagra before and was effective but spins me out, blurry vision and face glows like a bulb. Apart from that only effective for 4-6 hours where the Shompoo I was getting 2 days or even more. I believe Ciallis has the same long lasting effects. I was wondering if the product I was using was actually Talfidil (CIalis)? Anyone have any insight?

I saw some Talafidil (Ciallis) for sale today from a reputable seller I have used before for a very reasonable price of 280 baht / 10pills (30mg).

 

Anyone have any experience with Ciallis / Talafidil?  

Results vary from person to person but Cialis works great for me. One tablet can last 36 hours. Be advised however that the original is quite expensive, 4 tablets x 20 mg cost around 2,800 Baht as I remember.  The Indian version Apcalis is much cheaper, but does not work in the same effective way in my opinion. I would stay away from the cheap copied products because you cannot be sure what is inside. Others might disgree with that. There is a locally produced, slightly cheaper than the original version from Millimed, but out of stock since some time already. 

Both Kamagra/sidegra/viagra and Cialis tend to lower blood pressure. It's likely the spinout effect will be present with Cialis as well, except it may last longer. Proceed with caution.

 

Cialis at 280 baht for 10 pills is almost certainly a copy, even Apcalis is 800 baht for 4 pills.

I have found the Kamagra soluble to be very effective.

 

I get a pot of 7 tablets for less than 200 Baht a tube.

Probably better?  Check with a cardiologist. ED can be a sign of heart problems.  I'm not going to cite that statement as it is easily verified with an internet search.

I have no ED problems at all to be honest....when I do need these pills and probably way too much information here is when a condom is required. I absolutely hate wearing them. Little Kenny backs away at the sight of them. The product I was using certainly heightens sensitivity and makes the whole process a lot more bearable :-)

I found it effective over a weekend - similar to my experience  with Ciallis.

I guess one has to use these when sleeping with unattractive bargirls.

I guess you must be speaking from experience than.

I used Cialis without problems for several years, till I was no longer able to do so ( heart problems ). I didn't have any unwanted side effects.

However, seems that Kenny is being sensible.

Cialis used to be called the "weekend pill for married men". Works great and half pill might be very well enough for some fun time

Wow that’s cheap are you sure there genuine I use both kamagra is very cheap but Cialis 20 mg for 4 tablets is 800baht and your like a bar of rock for a good two days so you can bang away all day all night although I buy them from a pharmacist on the island the package is from the U.K. anywhere else such as India are copies . Eat plenty of bananas and water melon I eat 5 bananas a day I only use the magic jell or pill if I’ve got a real beauty staying with me for the weekend . I am 73 years young so need a bit of help now and again with the Cialis I get no after effects except for having a tent pole in my trousers for most of the weekend  hope this helps !

Since the patent expired on Cialis, one would have thought that the generic version of the drug, tadalafil, would be available here, yet it is not. The price of Cialis bought on prescription (it is a prescription only drug in Thailand) is crazy expensive. I was on it for quite a few months due to BPH, but came off it after being steamed. 

 

FYI there are a number of manufacturers of generic drugs in India, including tadalafil. You just need to know how to source them from reputable companies. I would be very wary of the street vendor products being offered in Thailand.

They are generic for sure but from a reputable online seller I have used many times. I wont mention their name here. And just because they are cheap doesn't mean they wont be effective. The product I used to buy online for 350 baht and many sellers selling the same for 1000+, and anything from pharmacies where I live at least three time online prices. Tourist areas I imagine the skys the limit.

Taladafil is available here....and don't ask me to prove it, but saw it online from the same seller I discussed earlier for around 400 / pk 10 from memory. I think it was even cheaper if you bought 3+ packs. The Thais know where to get all this stuff and what works and what doesn't. I am lucky enough to have a few Thai friends. Most of them buy off LINE accounts. If you know any Thai guys ask them :-)

This does not seem  to be an original package. The original has a glued hologram sticker with company logo in it, in the photo it looks like the logo is printed on the package. A doctor showed me the difference once to point out counterfeit Cialis. Besisdes that it is impossible to buy the original product for this price.

Why it need to last so long?

I before had kamagra jelly , took just 1/10 of the pack like a small sip/lick  for some extra support.

No side affects.

No need for it to be in my system longer then 4 hours.

Taladafil gives me bizarre long-lasting side-effects. I see sparks before my eyes whenever I close my eyes. Sleep is nigh impossible. I had to stop using Taladafil after trying it out only a couple of times.

 

I now use the street Levitra. Levitra is the shortest acting of the 3 available molecules but I don't mind. Sildenafil gives me the occasional headache, Levitra doesn't.

I'll go look for Levitra in Bangkok, how much is it and how much do I take .... thanks
