Why not? Truck was stopped, riders could probably see cars in front also stopped.  Not so different than most things i see.

He's entering a box junction before his exit was clear.

These imbeciles driving those motorbikes might not have even known where they were going, but they sure knew that they had to get there fast. That was a pretty stupid move and they could have paid a very high price for it. There is a very good chance they are not long for this world.

Obviously both rigorously with no helmets - and in front of police officers.

Who did nothing, at least, not on camera. Oh wait. The headline says they warned them.

Indeed..  and for whatever reason the truck was stopped...   close behind it, riding closely infront of it, closely to the side of it (especially the inside if turning) is an extremely dumb endeavour...   Riding underneath it takes that stupidity to new heights.

Displays the mind of many thai drivers.

No, the police warned other riders, not the perps.

The lights at that junction have very slow phasing and the number of traffic violations is laughable, particularly as the Cherngtalay police station is just out of shot on the right hand side and there are invariably cops there - I've never seen them give chase, let alone pull anyone over.
