Just getting ready for the monstrous surge in Chinese tour groups during the New Year celebrations.

Thailand is so lucky to have so many " concerned citizens " I'm sure most thai guides still need a native speaker of what ever group they are conducting indian or Chinese so now we are going into a floating market please buy a lot at these overpriced rip offs so I can get my commission

Is there something like quality control for Thai tour guides?

Because if they would all work just fine then nobody would have a motivation to hire a foreigner.

The Chinese want to be guides of their own tour group, so they can take them to their Chinese business, Hotels, gem shops, restaurants, Etc. Etc. Just like the no dollar tours before nothing has changed.
