The Royal Phuket Immigration told the Phuket Express on Friday (February 16th) that they arrested Mr. JAFFAR (alias), 31, Pakistani national. He was arrested in front of a house on the Surin Road in Talad Yai, Phuket Town. The arrest followed the arrest warrant issued by the Pattani Provincial Court for him on January 19th, 2024 in which he is being accused of using a fake identification card causing damage. He was taken back to the Mae Lan Police Station in Pattani. This is not the first issue of Pakistani nationals having fake or illegal ID cards in Thailand. To that end if a Pakistani has dual citizenship, ie., Syria, he might be called Syrian. Most modern-day Syrians are described as Levantine Arabs. (Wikipedia) So might he be called "Arabic?" Pakistani has dual nationality with 21 countries including Syria, Bahrain, Jordan and Egypt but not with Saudia Arabia, Iraq or Iran. https://dip.gov.pk/immigration/dual_nationality.php
