Missed 90 day Report & TM30 Issues
Hello all I’m living in Thailand on a DTV visa currently - First entry was in October, so used the first 6 months and left in April to go to Vietnam for two weeks. I re-entered Thailand on the 5th of May.. Now here’s my problem. I didn’t do my first 90 day report in January. Didn’t even realise I had to do what or what they are until after my first 6 months here (I know I’m stupid as hell). My next 90 day report is approaching at the end of July, and I’m unsure what to expect when I have to report then. I do have one more issue: When I asked my landlord to give me my TM30, we realised he never registered me in November when I first moved in. He’s now registered me, but entered the ‘check in date’ as the 30th April, but my entry stamp is May 5th. Someone has told me immigration won’t accept that. What will happen at immigration? Are they going to give me a hard time about the missed 90 day report? Will they also give me issues for the TM30 date being incorrect, and the fact he never registered me when I moved in? (my contract states Nov 2024 - Nov 2025). My main worry is this will lead me to get some kind of black mark on my immigration record or will count against me in the future regarding the DTV. No one knows what will happen with the DTV long term, and I imagine having all your documents in order for the future will be important at some point should they require resubmission of docs or further checks etc. My girlfriend has suggested I use an agent who can do it all for us and deal with immigration, but I’m unsure about this. Any advice? Cheers -

Report Thailand to Reclassify Cannabis as Controlled Substance
Will it end up like all the pharmacies in the country that sell just about any tablet that are meant to be only dispensed by qualified people . But instead some shop assistant types info into a computer before being given the answer of what drugs to sell you for your problem. -
