Curious... What would 45 do in a second term to redeem himself in your opinion?

Maybe prevent the World from edging even closer to WW3

“Ignorance and arrogance go hand in hand” comes to mind. Just because you don’t ‘believe’ in something doesn’t mean it’s not true.

He said same credence  as 97%

of scientists so he agrees.

Well, if I might quote the last hope for 'Murica:

“Think of President Xi. Central casting, brilliant guy. You know, when I say he’s brilliant, everyone says, ‘Oh that’s terrible',” said Trump.

Trump added: “Well, he runs 1.4 billion people with an iron fist. Smart, brilliant, everything perfect. There’s nobody in Hollywood like this guy.”

"Nobody in Hollywood like this guy" - what greater accolade could one ask for? One assumes therefore that Mr Trump, unbothered obviously by any concept of human rights or personal freedoms, is quite happy to have his tat produced by some of those 1.4 billion people controlled with an iron fist!

Cut to images of a fat old man, with an improbable comb over and a violent orange permatan shuffling around waving his fists in an approximation of a dance to Village People YMCA.

Ye Gods!

can i get a witness!

By the way,

what do historians know?

Personally I would trust the opinion of a Asean Now forum member some of whom have never even been in the States , over some evaducated Historian.

And never mind what trump has done so far. Who worries what kind of job a person they want to hire has done in the past.

Ah yes, decades ago Charles Dickens warned me through the character of Christmas Present of doom as a result of Want and Ignorance. I count myself as a student of history as Historians are credited with researching and writing history. Still, bottom line, after a lifetime of studying and teaching history, I do believe I certainly know a lot more history than most. But, no thank you, I do not care for a "pissing contest".

Let us hope not!

If he did get in again just how low a score would he get at the end of it?

It depends on who is doing the scoring...

I absolutely agree with the headline of this topic. Trump's not only been the worst president that I know of, but he's one of the worst people I've ever heard of.

Really?  Pol Pot. Hitler, Stalin, Bush, Obama? They all killed thousands; how many did Trump kill?  I wont even mention Vlad the Impaler
