Well mine is not working at all

  • I had the same problem.  I moved the mouse dongle from the USB port at the back to one at the front and that cured it.  Just a bad connection I suppose.

I did all that, but it did not make any different and don't forget the mouse is new.

My issue was often the surface on which I used the mouse. Just a thought.

But a wireless mouse needs a dongle.

No, it can connect inside with Buetooth or Wifi.

For long time I have troubles with mouses, especially with Apple mouses the pointer shoots in all directions every time, and when using it with Google Earth, it is a complete disaster.
With Logitech mouses it goes better but gives up early.
Now I have been tempted by a Satechi mouse, and must say it has been working to my complete satisfaction for months.

If it's a wireless bluetooth mouse it can skip and lag. I use a wireless one with a dongle.

Never use a Bluetooth mouse. they can Connect /interfere with or from other electric/electronic devises within a certain Radius.

Just a few times plug the mouse receiver (from usb port ) in/out while the laptop is off. Then try again.

Have you tried updating the mouse driver on your computer?

Fake mouse!!! To cheap. In 2 month the battery is empty and something not work.
If it is a original it has a SYNNEX sticker and 1 or 3 years warranty.

Try again? What? It's just a <deleted> fake mouse.

Buy it and in some month you will learn the different.

I bought it too before. You have a red light under the mouse and the real one have a unvisible light under the mouse.

But up to you!!! If you want a fake, buy a fake!!!

Interesting: I have no red light. Maybe your fake one was a real fake one and mine is a fake fake one.

Be sure I will let you know if it stops working in the next month or year or so.
