ISIS claims responsibility for attack in Moscow concert venue that left at least 40 dead

Interesting that the U.S. seemed to have had intel about an impending attack, although the 48-hour thing was off by a few weeks. Presumably they informed Russian officials.

My condolences to the families of the bereaved unfortunately this crime is all to common and the result always seems to be the same,soft target and the victims generally have nothing to do with the criminal’s complaint it sucks …….doesn’t matter were it happens it’s wrong…..very sad 😞

As the attack is being attributed to ISIS-K, I did not feel the need to mention African countries.
