Where do you suggest that they go?

Maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing.

I guess Big C food court is not such bad place to hang out.

Anywhere else they go, they will need to pay for coffee or a drink.

And maybe they don't want to buy coffee or a drink .

No one is pressing them to leave or needing the tables. Comfortable to sit and talk for as long as they like. All drinks and food nearby. Easy life.

It's fun to make fun of people who eat there everyday. Least go to the T21 food court.

Not flying to Bangkok for lunch.

And yet you post about Pattaya.

So? I have been to Pattaya and I have been to Bangkok. Not going to Pattaya for lunch at the Big C food court either. That is not what food court meals are for anyway.

this bashing is nonsense, i have friends that are really well off

but (or because) rather enjoy living on the cheap.

another big c in pattaya had the best kebab i tried in thailand

I was in Big C Extra earlier, not much has changed in the food court, full of farang, and many groups sitting around not eating just talking and loitering, Italians seem to like doing that. Fancy that, retiring to Pattaya and spending your days at Big C Extra food court

I do my shopping there one day a week, and afterwards take a coffee and chat with a couple of guys. The ones I talk to live nearby and say they come there every morning. I guess it saves on AC when it is warm. Around midday it gets packed with Thais eating, well at least at weekend it does. Not as crowded as the Pork Blood Soup restaurant a bit further down Klang. I am surprised you say not much has changed though, I feel lost each time I go in there with all the renovation and relocations.

I am pretty sure the Big C food court is scubascuba3 favorite restaurant in Pattaya...

He seems to take great interest in the food court...

I think he likes nursing one cup of coffee for hours there to save a few baht, with the rest of the old guys...

dirty falang new arrivals everywhere, food was like slop,

I remember going there, around 20 years ago with my young beautiful girlfriend.

She had the perfect peachy bottom and would wear these skimpy shorts. I usually bought the stir fried chicken and vegetables, we would go to the kiosk which was located at the very back. Anyway walking off with our meals the guy serving would check out my chicks bum, he'd give me a wink with a thumbs up.

Dirty old bastards 😂

I'm sure the food court will remain the same, somewhat LOSO

I ate there once, nearly 20 years ago.  The food was ok but some old guy a couple of tables away shat himself and the smell made its way over to our table.  Most of the geezers hanging out there seem alright but some of them are from the old Beach Road crowd who used to hang around day drinking with the flea bitten hoes.  I suspect the guy who shat himself was one of those.

Its pretty funny how someone who says they care almost nothing about the Big C food court, started a thread about the Big C food court.....And then went and resurrected their own dead thread about the Big C food court....

It sounds to me like you are indeed very interested in the Big C food court....

Maybe you want to be a part of the Hi-so social groups there...

I sense your mid-life crisis is deepening. That can happen to the newly retired. Sitting in the food court, casting their minds back to a mostly imagined moment from their prime-time past, and embellishing it relentlessly.

My "look at what I'm shagging" moment was at the famous balloon-chasers Lek Hotel buffet breakfast. You should've seen those DOB's drool at my hot Cambodian squeeze as she loaded up on (the bloody awful) baked beans, bra-less in a cut-off t-shirt.

Later, at MK, she dropped her purse, and as she bent over...

Maybe best if you stick to.a.pre made tuna sandwich from BigC deli section and pig out on the seating by HomePro then!

It's not rocket science even you can work it out. Sounds like you are the closet fan of the food court, enjoy

They are renovating the Big C Extra food court right now so maybe the atmosphere and food will improve.

The Lek buffet is beyond terrible. The food is garbage....Makes Big C look like fine dining..

Agree, it's not the best, was a joke 😂

That is my least favorite food court in Pattaya.  They are renovating the whole place now so maybe the atmosphere and food will improve.

All those LOUD kids' games flooding the place with noise does not help matters...
