Problem with that is, that there is video evidence of one violent assault, but no evidence (yet) only allegation, about the other possible one.

Just read the news we're not allowed to quote. States argument started over bill for 3 foreigners, 2 agreed to pay 3rd guy didn't and started fight with security guard (no mention of punching a girl as said in OP)

 

News says police have video and are reviewing cctv and say they will do a full investigation

 

Hopefully the security guys kicking defenseless men in the head while lying on the ground will be punished no matter what started it

Since they didn't pay the bill, the discussion was inside the venue and they kicked the girl inside the bar. So its the cctv inside the bar witnessing the situation. Therefore we cannot see the obviously bad behaviour of these two british hooligans. I never  in my more than 30 years Pattaya saw bar bouncers kicking customers with no reason.
