That is not how this reads. It reads to show that after the white shirt settle the bill he was still attacked by the guards.

I want clarification.

 

Is the white shirted Brit in ICU or did he get up and walk away?

 

there are conflicting reports..

 

But yeah, what a total shambles.

but of course TIT,

I expect nothing else.

They have the right to prosecute a criminal action simply because the proof is on video. Their comment about no report filed just means the police investigating it refuses to file his own report. If a man is killed,how can the victim file a report. What a load of b.s. They are trying to blatantly end this by making such a comment.

Thai cops don’t want to follow thru on prosecuting fellow Thai guards. You complaint is rubbish. See the crime prosecute the offender. Simples
