A few weeks ago I visited the FLYbird

Reminded me of a ghetto as I walked up the unlit stairs of that first building on the left just pass the unmanned security box

I actually bumped into a Aussie guy on the stairway

Who lives in this building???

Why are you so obsessed with Flybird and Nirun?

I have a obsession with ghetto type places

I love the Manila City area as well

I get sexual excited at walking these places I have no idea whyb

A friend of mine bought a condo there a year ago. It's real ghetto and moldy place, with a lot of criminal neighbors. Indians taking craps in the stairs too.

Maybe it's just that you can't afford better. Aren't there ghettos in Australia for you to obsess over? But move there and be done with it.

Is that the same Aussie guy I see sat out front of the 7eleven infront of Flybird drinking beer most afternoons?

Ghetto..... It's got the most beautiful Gogo bar girls living there.

That's the difference between Nirun and Flybird, similar in appearance but Flybird has the chicky babes, Nirun has the aged pensioners.

Nurun reminds me of a prison but its like a luxury condo compared to Flybird.

Why on earth would any sensible person waste time looking around what they know to be an undesirable residence ?

Unless of course that is all they can afford and are posting about it in the hope they can get more information - 300k to buy, 3k to rent. Can anyone help him ?

Yes that was certainly true when I lived in the area many moons ago   it is also near to a big food/wet market (beware of bat and pangolin viruses 😋 )

We shouldn't be sexist

Gay people and people of non binary may be offended

Sir you must be rich if your paying 3K a month for rent...

Its not very good manners to brag about your wealth...

Flybird was one of the first - if not the first condo built in Pattaya. 30 odd years ago, when I lived in Pattaya, it was something of a dump then, but as has been said above was home to many bar and go-go girls.  Good for short-times!🥰

Met a new Pattaya resident from my country.

We discuss about the real estate in Pattaya, i tell him I own a condo. Then he said that he knows a place where condos are 300K and he is going to buy one or two.

You can feel that the guy thinks he found a goldmine and is not going share the info about where this incredible bargain can be found.

I say: - Flybird condo!

him - .... er yes...

Me: - it is a ghetto there, some unit have been broken into and....

Him: I don't fear anyone! I will buy one unit or two and rent it, it will increase value bla bla bla

Few days later he had visited the unit for sale and of course given up with  this idea...

I did meet a guy there who bought two Flybird Condos next to each other

Put a door between each unit .

And built in wardrobes, new kitchen etc made it look nice

Im sure there's guys (who won't admit it) that live in the FLYBIRD
