Always make sure you read the entire listing of products.

Here's one way to guarantee a 5* rating ...

... "Warranty

Air pump guaranteed for 1 year (only for the motor, excluding cases of dropping, impacting, and getting wet)

•Air mattresses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. They can be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the product (excluding leaks caused by sharp objects).

•We have spare parts for mattresses sold separately and have excellent after-sales service.

** The right to guarantee is reserved for customers who give a 5-star rating to the product only (in the case of giving a product rating lower than 5 stars, the air pump is guaranteed for 7 days)" :cheesy:

image.png.ca8b759620ff3fa06fffbe5d215ec30a.png

I read the five !* reviews, and only one has to do with the product.   3 didn't read the listing or instructions.  1 complaint about long shipping time.

2* complaint - wrong color received (tough crowd)

3* complaints - only a couple about the product

Don't know how people review something before testing :coffee1:

Have spent hours to find an E-Mail address for customer service but their website makes it impossible to find one.

I had used them for years and would like to know what is going on,

anyone else had this experience?

I only use LazMall vendors ... refund in wallet already.  They picked up the return late afternoon yesterday, put in system this morning.  Refunded already for 'change of mind' 👍

I definitely didn't arrive back at Bangkok yet.

I am interested in buying an Android tablet, and I noticed that there are lots for sale under 2000 baht. I suspect that these are Chinese knockoffs, but are they functional?

A lot of Chinese stuff fails immediately, anyone have any experience with these cheap tablets?

So I just got my account reopened. To do that I had to install Lazada app on the phone and login to it. That told me account was frozen. I followed steps (which included sending out a confirmation SMS with link to click on) and there click on approve (it's in Thai, click the left one). Once that was done, I was asked to confirm with fingerprint scan on the phone, before I was allowed to login again.

Lazada support could have mentioned that you must use phone app for identity verification.

But now the other thing - read the app permissions before you download it. Read my entire photo and video library, listen to my microphone, get entire call and message history, read messages inside all other apps, ... Immediately revoked all its permissions, and I think I'll be deleting it as well.

The steps were listed by @bamnutsak in the other thread referenced above. 🙏

Well spotted. Can't you just turn off all those permissions and continue to use the app?

I realise it's probably to late, but I just turned off access to photos and camera. Microphone was already off.

Well, my 2000 baht Android tablet arrived, and it was fake.

Advertised as an 11" screen, it was only 8".

Advertised as a Vivo, it was generic.

Worse, it has no Google functionality. Chrome doesn't work, YouTube doesn't work, the Play store doesn't connect. I'm not sure I can use it for anything except to help fill my garbage can.

just return it and get your money back ?

I did that several times with fake products.

I won't because I will probably find a use for it.

But I will give it a bad review.

yes,   of course it went through ... because you ordered a submarine ..   if you ordered a toaster it would likely get rejected.

I suspected that it was fake, but could have enough functionality to be worth the 2000 baht.

I will play with it more.

I had some luck. First, I connected it to my laptop via USB, and was able to transfer a 2 gig movie to the tablet. And the movie played, indicating that the tablet storage has some functionality.

And I got Chrome to work.

But, I suspect that the manufacturer doesn't have a license with Google, so that may limit the usefulness.

Last week I order something and paid with debit card, 15 minutes later I realised it was the wrong item and cancelled the order, this was last Tuesday.
Got notification that the cancellation was accepted and my money was refunded, but till today, Monday, haven't seen anything in my account.

I'm not sure, but don't refunds take one month?

Mine have been instant, as soon as pick up driver scans return label.  It shows in my 'wallet'.   One reason that I only (usually) deal with 'LAXMALL' vendors.  Another is refund is never refused, even for simply changing my mind.

Then if refund is a large amount, simply transfer the refund to my bank account, also done within a few days.

I just checked my Lazada account, and it's working normally.

Same here, checked it at 12 noon today, working fine, in fact I made a small purchase of tablets, order accepted, all paid OK, confirmation email since received.

On Oct. 11th Friday some of my remote keyboard keystrokes were linking to "favorite" functions. So I wanted to order ASAP a new keyboard from Lazada. But found my Lazada Wallet no longer connected to my K+ account so I was not able to top off my Wallet and pay immediately online. Of course Lazada customer service is closed weekends.

But mid-next morning I tried again to top off and pay with Lazada Wallet...and access to my K+ account was restored!?! Sunday late afternoon the keyboard was delivered.

Post the seller ratings and details, plus product rating? you need to learn how to avoid those products

I read the reviews, but I think they were fake.

Anyway, I suspected that the product was fake, but would have some utility.

It's one of the most intrusive apps. Used to randomly open on my phone any chance it had. Apps are getting more and more bold with their 'security" (data mining) measures.

I guess shoppee will be next
