Popular Post webfact Posted July 30, 2024 Popular Post Posted July 30, 2024 Thai netizens condemned two foreign tourists for kicking and running their luggage over a kitten, leading to its death in Soi Phayanak near Ratchathewi BTS Station in Bangkok. The tourists were widely assumed to be Chinese. News Facebook page Social Hunter 2022 shared pictures of the dead animal and the tourists, reported to be Chinese, on Sunday, July 28. The page revealed more information in the post. “These two Chinese tourists pulled their luggage through Soi Phayanak near Ratchathewi BTS Station where a stray kitten, called Yen, was playing. It played near the tourists’ luggage, prompting them to kick it and run their luggage over it. A witness took the cat to the clinic but it succumbed to the injury.” The page added that netizens and cat lovers were now searching for security camera footage of the incident and also for the two tourists. The post drew a lot of criticism from Thai netizens. Some also shared their negative experiences with Chinese tourists in the comment section. “I bought the kitten food once. So sad.” “They may not know that there are animal protection laws.” “Police will never dare to charge them.” “I hate this country for its bias towards Chinese nationals.” “I rented my condo rooms to foreigners but only Chinese tenants made my rooms dirty and did not pay the rent. No more Chinese.” Other netizens urged the witnesses of the incident to come forward and questioned how the person knew that the tourists were Chinese. Some promised to share the story with a social media group of Chinese cat lovers. The director of Watchdog Thailand Foundation (WDT), Saban-nga Nontara, told Channel 7 that the team were now gathering evidence to take legal action against the two tourists but tracking them down was proving difficult for the police. Saban-nga urged the witness to contact the WDT to provide more details on the case to facilitate the search for the two tourists. by Petch Petpailin Photo via Facebook/ Social Hunter 2022 Source: The Thaiger 2024-07-30 - Cigna offers a variety of health insurance plans designed to meet the minimum requirement for medical treatment coverage, with benefits reaching up to THB 3 million. It will be hard to prove they have found the correct perpetrators Chinese all look the same. Maybe the luggage will give them away. RIP Kitty 7 4 2

ikke1959 Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 If she brought food she should have taken the kitten home... Maybe it could be killed by car or other traffic too... There are too many stray cats and dogs..It is a real problem 1 1 1

Popular Post CanadaSam Posted July 30, 2024 Popular Post Posted July 30, 2024 Temporary jailing of these chinese sadists and deportation would send a strong signal via chinese news media that this type of behaviour is unacceptable in foreign countries. Easiest way to solve the problem IMO. 1 4

I would have huge billboards at passport control showing their photos, crime(s) committed, prison sentence served.....and the fact they have been banned for life. 1 1 3

GammaGlobulin Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 Cruelty toward animals is a SURE SIGN, and an EARLY SIGN, of Psychopathic Personality Disorder, and Sociopathy. Under a Socialist Government, almost anyone can easily become a Sociopathist. It's a given. The cruelty of the State filters down....to the People. Just as in the USA the wealth of the SuperRich trickles down to the have-nots. This is just Economics 101 and Psychology 101, combined into One. 1 1
cncltd1973 Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 TAT should hand out flyers to arriving Chinese with some basic rules like not to urinate at temples, not to kill kittens... you know, things that non-Chinese already know
Thingamabob Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 Disgusting bahaviour. Jail and fine them if they are ever found. RIP little one. 1

If in reality the reality of your assertions is that the "trickle down" from the minority of the Super Rich provides insignificant financial assistance for/ to the majority of have nots then by the association you assert the Cruelty of the State filtered down to masses of The People would also be insignificant . Mainland Chinese don't consciously think "CCP" mandate. They are fundamentally selfish wannabe capitalistic minded mass individuals who jealously resent the liberal westernized locations they are "permitted" to visit. That manifests in the all too common middle finger attitude minus the finger. 1

John Drake Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 There must be another camera angle that catches their faces. Thai police can be very quick to find offenders--when they want to.
Ctkong Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 Mainland Chinese are indoctrinated from young to treat those lower down the spectrum as lesser entity whether humans or animals. It is always a top down hierarchy in the social spectrum. Thus less emphaty from them. Having no religious belief whether Buddhism, Taoism, Christianity, islam or others means no accountability for their actions thus no effect in their lives.
