The guy just elevated the award given to the wife of a cruise ship owner above the Congressional Medal of Honor, saying her Presidential Medal of Freedom is the equivalent for civilians of the MoH, and 'actually, it's much better', because "they're either in very bad shape because they've been hit so many times by bullets, or they're dead". You know, "suckers and losers", not rich cruise ship owners and donors to his campaign.
