He basically said only broken down or dead solders who are of no use to anyone get the Medal of Honor.  In normal times that would be the end of his campaign.  Now a days, just throw it on the pile of all the other things he said and did that should have been the end of his campaign.

 

 

Yet again insulting veterans. More likely than not, trump and Vance's big mouths will ensure he looses the election - thank God!

It baffles me how there are still people making excuses for him. Are there free lobotomies in the USA?

His reply is a good politician's reply (ie I might laugh at the substance but his deflection was well-done).

I guess he teed off on Miriam earlier in the week.

 

So he had to over-compensate to win her back.

 

Throwing Vets under the bus was, in hindsight, probably not the best move.
