Did Trump lose the 2020 election?

It's a simple question, let's see if you are psychologically able to give a straight answer.

That's in the past and pointless to keep whining on about it, might as well still be questioning Al Gore's loss, or not.

Nope.

Trump still claims the election was stolen. Do you agree with him?

Not blaming them because Vance won in spite of their interference. Merely highlighting why Republicans are not surprisingly reluctant to appear on these kinds of debates.

From what I saw I don't think either of the people involved in the debate 'lost'. However, the big loser on the night was Donald Trump!   The reason I think this is the case is that J.D. Vance was able to 'reinvent' himself from the 'Trump Clone' that appears at the Republican party appearances.  He managed to behave in a 'civilized' manner, he was polite, he listened to the replies and comments of his opponent and gave of an impression of being a 'politician' rather than the infant school attendee that would have been Trump's performance on the night.

Vance did not resort to pronouncing names incorrectly, did not call  his opponents 'retards', 'mentally challenged' etc., instead he did the things that 'professional politicians' do, such as answering a question with a totally unrelated reply, using a lot of words to actually say 'nothing', saying what he wanted to say, regardless of the question. These are the actions of a 'politician' not a name calling 'juvenile' such as Trump.  If the Republican party could 'dump Trump' and put Vance at the top of 'the ticket' they would have a much greater chance of winning in November.

I have actually heard people from both parties saying much the same thing- that these two gents should be the ones fighting for the presidency.  TBH, I can see some merit in the argument.  I was not a 'Trumper' during the GOP primaries at all. I would have preferred other candidates over him. But.... he was selected in a democratic process, so the choice was done.  And to me, he is so obviously the better choice when compared to Harris that I am stunned the election is as close as it is.

It's not in the past, despite what Vance, and others,  want people to believe to avoid addressing the question.
Trump is still spreading the lie that the 2020 election was stolen as part of his 2024 political campaign.
His refusal, (as well as his acolyte's), to admit that there wasn't any widespread corruption in the 2020 election that impacted the outcome in anyway is still being used to create unrest in his extreme supporter base, in the eventuality that he loses again.

When/if he loses in November, he and his base, will not accept the results of the election, (he has said as much), and once again it can be expected that, he will use whatever means he has at his disposal to try and grab power.

Until Trump admits publicly that the 2020 election was not stolen, then this issue will never remain in the past. As evidenced on this forum, there are those who, despite any evidence to the contrary, still believe that he won.

Vance destroyed Walz and anyone who doesnt think so is the type of person who supports, like Kamala Harris, the genital mutilation of children.

Because this isnt a "mainstream" (ie meaning Trump hating) source, I link it only for the PDF of the FOI Act documents included therein. Read them yourself, I dont know how to post them separately.

Tim lied about abortion btw.

The careers of those two moderators are going to go down the tank.

The Dems always cheat in elections. Thats what they do, and your inability to acknowledge that historical fact shows the intellectual vacuity of your position, as usual.

Rash generalisation.
I watched the debate and if I had to declare a winner, I would say Walz overall did a better job than Vance.

You mention genital mutilation of children.  Did you know that around 90% of American males are victims of Male Genital Mutilation (MGM) which generally takes place within a few days of birth. That's an awful lot of people who you suggest will think Walz won the debate.

I think Walz won, but I admit I'm extremely biased about all this. I will say I did think Vance did better than I expected. He lied at times, but at least he was moderately respectful and polite.

Again, I'm removing a duplicate post. I keep doing this because nothing happens when I click on Submit. So, after I waited for about 10 seconds, I clicked again.

Got any proof that the 2020 election was stolen?

I didn't think so.

You mean circumcision. Thats a Jewish plot, right? Could be the porn industry too.

Well your lot think it was. Or do you forget your own gloating?

Just been watching Pete Buttigieg perform.

Wow! he's sharp, bright and you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of him in a debate ...

If I'd been Kamala, I would have chosen him for my Veep. But perhaps that would have been just too challenging for the Usofan dinosaurs ...

Maybe it'll be his turn in 8 years after Kamala retires from the White House.

Yes! Buttigieg would have been my choice for VP, too. And in fact, for president someday. But I don't think the US voters are ready for people like him yet. Maybe someday, but not anytime soon.

Don't you think it's a little arrogant to believe that you have the singular correct answer and probably 60+ million people are wrong?  Hell, I'm open to the possibility that both all sides cheated and one side just did it better.

But don't try to tell me there was no cheating, no smurfing, and no balloting irregularities.  And that there won't be any in 2024.

'Singular correct answer'?   That's rich.  And, where exactly did I tell you 'there was no cheating, no smurfing, no ballot irregularities'?   Every Presidential election has some irregularities.  It's a given when you are dealing with millions of voters and ballots.  Did the  number of irregularities effect the outcome in 2020?   No--and I'm not the only one who believes this.

A strong case could be made that Florida election irregularities did cost Gore the election in 2000.  If anyone has an election beef, it's Gore, not Trump.   That was a very close election, with Florida, and all its election problems, the deciding state.

Not the case with 2020.  Biden won by 7 million votes.   A landslide.  That Trump could even suggest that he won with his Big Lie is ludicrous.  Somewhere, on one of the innermost rings of Hell, Hitler and Goebbels are having a good laugh.

Did Russia get Trump elected in 2016? Was, as Hillary said, Trump an Illegitimate President.? We dont need a whole book to answer that, do we?

Yes. It will be the Pentagon, the NSA and the Diplomatic Corps providing the key information upon which a decision will be made, and it will be Congress who will decide if there is a war.

I see Harris as a one term President if elected. A defeat of Trump might finally lead to a cleanup and renewal,

The VP debate showed a highly educated professional willing to say anything his boss told him to say (JD) vs an honest man just believing in helping the average family in this country. Yes, JD can deliver in high performance scenarios, but he takes Groucho's maxim to a new level "those are my principles, and if you don't like them, I have some others..."

Young Pete is a bright guy, but for the life of me I can't think of a single thing he has done in his life to justify that level of political elevation. Other than being gay in the Democratic party.

Personally, I think if they look deep in their hearts, the Democrats are kicking themselves that the didn't choose Josh Shapiro as VP nominee.  But the anti-semitic wing of the party has too much power to allow it.
