That's definitely not the case. I don't time it, but I make sure to please the lady, it's crucial, so that takes time, it's usually 10 minute or thereabouts I think.

Testosterone is not a controlled substance in Thailand so it can be sold by any Thai pharmacy. They used to sell the injectable testosterone made by Schering, and they still might. And they might have gel/cream form as well.
