Ultimately, the responsibility for this situation lies with American citizens. They keep voting for this, albeit indirectly. The people most displaced of course are male workers. But I can guarantee you that women will show up to vote in far greater percentages than men. This is why Trump will lose. Politics is religion for women. Sports is religion for men. So when it comes time to vote, women show up while men go to bars to talk about "footbaw."

That very much depends on the crowd you run with. Personally I try to avoid the miserable old gits who can't stop blabbering about how western women drove them away. What a bunch of sad losers.

That's quite an assumption. How do you know people are miserable? I along with many others on this forum are quite happy in Thailand. Are you? People come here for different reasons. I came here because a Thai university asked me to do so and start up a new program at Mahidol. Over the years, people establish families and/or other close relations. I do suppose the people with an obsessive concentration on politics and constantly generating topics on this forum might make themselves miserable. OTOH, if it makes you happy, I suppose that's okay. But as for the truth of what I stated originally, which is that politics is a religion for women and sports is a religion for men, I stand by it. Who I try to avoid are all the sad souls who want to wear another man's name and number on their clothes in order to feel they belong to something, not the people smart enough to escape the hysteria and chaos of the American matriarchy.

How do I know that some people are miserable? Well, if they talk like they're miserable, walk like they're miserable, act like they're miserable then what other conclusion should I consider?

Perhaps you should consider that most people have a life outside of Aseannow.

I'm talking about people I meet in real life.

jobs that could of been had by American unskilled and skilled citizens are being held up by a administration hell bent on forced Migration!

Data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, an arm of the Department of Labor, shows native-born Americans lost more than 1.3 million jobs over the last 12 months, while foreign-born workers gained more than 1.2 million jobs.

I suggest the issue is created by American employers who take on migrants / illegals at lower wages and benefits than US citizens.

This is happenning all over the world. The rich who own all the businesses prefer to employ migrants and illegals to get cheap labour and enhance their profits.

Why do you think that governance all over is pretending to act but closing an eye to the illegals and migrants ?

It is no fault of the migrants or illegals who plainly are wanting to make money like we all do.

Ban and deport all illegals, but them one can plainly  shut down the country.

Those who have messed up the system are the western nation employers and businesses but definately not the migrants or illegals.

Same with China.

Who has make them such a superpower and has made the west, so dependant of  chinese manufacturing ? Not the chinese but more the greedy multinationals and other western companies who relocate and produce their goods in China to increase their margins.

So don't complain now...because if all the stuff we buy or need in once again Made in USA or Made in Europe, it will mean hefty price increase. And we wil be the first to whinge and whine.

Your post makes sense. However, in this particular case, it's mainly due to low birth rates and high retirement numbers.

Since the 90's the number of birth in the U.S. oscillates around 4 million. And in 2024, the number of people retiring trends towards 6 million. It's simple maths: the number of U.S. born people joining the job market is around 2 million lower than the number of people retiring.

Of course, as I am on his ignore list , Riclag doesn't know he made a stupid post again! 😀

Come on.....this is painful to read

Jobs that could have been fulfilled by.....an administration....migration....I know I'll get suspended for this, but it's worth it.

Remember that those rich business owners who hire the illegals are Trump donors.

Yes, it's a scam.

Voting for Trump is a vote for illegal immigration.
