Why do an update at prime time?

Featured Replies

Not to my knowledge and there certainly wasn't any "update" scheduled.

Amazes me the "knowledge" some people claim to have and the assumptions made.

The site wouldn't load and you literally got a page that said "site unavailable as there is an update in progress. Try again later".

Not complaining about it (it's free, we should accept upgrades and outages), but a bit silly to patronise the guy when it said there was an update happening and he just reported that.

As you can see from the two posts below yours I was not the only one to see the "update message!

I had it as well. Can't remember whether it was before or after 7pm Thai time when I popped out for an hour.

Upon checking internally, there was indeed an upgrade ran last night,

I wasnt informed it was going to happen, which is the normal protocol and hence my previous response.

I had no idea that upgrade was going to be run last night. I should have been informed and I would have posted a notice informing members of when and why. Upgrades like that are not usually ran at that time either, we generally select to do them when most in Thailand are sleeping.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
