In a speech at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has unveiled an ambitious new vision for the Isaan region. Speaking under the theme "The Future of Isaan: Opportunities for Thailand," Thaksin called for sweeping changes across education, technology, and economic policies to rejuvenate the oft-overlooked Northeastern Thailand.

Did he mention his previous idea with tablets? What happened with them? Did they make the kids smarter?

HP managed to offload some poor spec laptop inventory.

If I remember correctly Adolf Hitler also did a "lot" for his people

I think that your age has affected your memory.

From what I read, he left many of his people dead, towns levelled and the economy up the Swanny. All negative 'many things for his people'.

Innovative ideas, like using lottery funds to either send students abroad or bring foreign teachers into summer camps, formed part of his educational strategy.

I think he's talking China, here.

Reason for dying.....alcohol, just 64 yrs  old, he died yesterday............they all got blind drun k and continue the stupidity, so exactly what  killed his Father  will now  kill his 3  sons including my worker whose only just 40..............told him, 20 years thatll be you unless you stop drinking, its 40% alcohol he drinks daily, one Red Bull size  bottle decanted by his wife who fights desperately to control it to this  amount. He  thinks tomorrow aint ever coming

Good point. The method of education (the pedagogy) needs to be completely changed from kinder, to encourage / reward kids for analyzing and asking questions. Student centered learning.

This must be introduced very early. If introduced in primary / high school it's too late, the kids are already locked into the strong rule 'cannot / not allowed to ask questions'.

Not to mention "cannot fail".  🤦‍♂️
