Now, no more excuses, and answer the question. Otherwise you can just move on, as that will give the answer needed anyway.

I propose a ceasefire in Ukraine if Russia agrees to withdraw all troops and claims on all land in Ukraine and return all of Crimea to Ukraine, and agrees to fund the rebuilding of all damaged property.
