   Thailand has just announced that the Thai Government will now pay for it instead .

   Thailand will pay instead of the USA .

Yes they can and how did their mothers get it? I understand that sometimes they get it from bad husbands that have unprotected sex with prostitutes, and in that case the "mothers" should have thought about birth control.

 

HIV is not transmitted without fluid exchange and as such is avoidable.

This year thousands of innocent children will die. Life isn't fair, and to single out one segment is avoiding reality.

I do wonder how some are able to ignore all the other innocents dying and focus on one segment in order to castigate Trump though.

Is it your contention that those countries are unable to provide their own medications and other health care aid without people in other countries providing it? How is it the responsibility of a nurse in Britain to give her money to people in another country, when s/he is underpaid?
