As you were told in another thread you started, you need to see a doctor. Do not assume this is "trapped wind". 

 

Severe abdominal pain and (from yet another thread) blood in your urine. These could be signs of  something serious.

 

 

 

There is a lot of wind about currently, not the sky variety but many people have mentioned it, something going around most likely

I did and asked 'can you give me something for wind'? He gave me a kite.

I found a good treatment ,a vegan capsule online for bloating belly’s ,now no more wind and works as a mild laxative so evacuations are regular
