He is correct in what he says, basically if immigrants break the law then they can be deported.

What has made this a hot issue is ICE has arrested an immigrant for protesting on a college campus. No charges have been filed, be broke NO laws, but because he was pro-Palestinian in his protest sentiment, he was arrested.

This is how it starts.

Inciting support for a terrorist organization is most likely illegal.

It is one thing to have freedom of speech. But quite another to encourage others to support and aid terrorism.

I would love to see what would happen to you if you went and stood outside your embassy protesting against something Thailand was doing. For sure arrest and deportation would follow.

Or maybe it should be this is where you start distorting the facts.

Yup.  Where I live in China just now is very much at risk if I break the law.  So I simply don't.

I do not understand why anyone would think or hope it'd be different in the USA, that's literally stupid.

That said, if someone supported a Palestinian?  I can't see how that would break the law unless that Palestinian was part of a proscribed terrorist organisation.  Here in China I saw a pro-Palestinian protest; the police let that protest happen without any intervention.

Probably encouraged and or organized it.

Two parts to this.

1. "But quite another to encourage others to support and aid terrorism."

You mean like that guy did to incite the January 6 riot?

2. "I would love to see what would happen to you if you went and stood outside your embassy protesting against something Thailand was doing."

False equivalency, Thailand is not a democratic republic.

Border Tsar homan is supposed to be accomplishing mass deportations, in the thousands per day.

Now he is talking about deporting one person, possibly.

More Clownage.

He answered a question that was about a specific person and then continued on to say that it applied to ALL resident aliens.

If you actually read the OP before posting you would have noticed that.

You can not say what happened Jan 6 was terrorism... It has never been deemed this except in your own brain.

False equivalency? Thailand is promoted and being democratic. How is it false?
