March 16, 2025Mar 16 I work in one province and live in another. The immigration office that issued my non IM B extension of stay is located in the province of my employer. Can I do the 90 days reporting in the province of the issuing immigration office, while my residency is in another province?

You have to do the 90 day report in the Province where you are registered via a TM30, most likely where your residency is.

Yes, but I'm leaving quite often and every time I re-enter I have to spend an entire day at immigration for this reporting. 😲 The company secretary will only take my documents to immigration near the employer but not where I live.

Not same situation however @brewsterbudgen also lives in different province to where he works. Does address reports in one province and annual extensions in Bangkok. https://aseannow.com/topic/1350181-new-passport/#findComment-19547732
March 17, 2025Mar 17 .....Tm30 needs an address, with copy of house book and all kinds of other stuff..... I've done 5 TM-30's this extension year and never had to show a house book, just said "returning home" to the lady in the TM-30 office. HINT: if you rent you can do a TM-30 as: House Master - usually Possessor or Tenant Having said the above, IT all depends on your LOCAL IO POLICY.
